The nominees for the annual Portal awards have been announced.

Matt Smith is nominated for Best Actor
Karen Gillan for Best Actress
Alex Kingston for Best Special Guest
Arthur Darvill for Best Supporting Actor
Doctor Who is nominated for Best Series

Both Elisabeth Sladen and Steven Moffat are nominated for the Gene Roddenbury Award this year.

As part of the Australian concert this weekend, Matt Smith had a video message saying:

'looking forward to seeing you all down under very soon!’

Alex Kingston in a recent interview said:

“You may see her again. Who knows? Lets just say, Upstairs, Downstairs and Doctor Who don’t film at the same time.”
