The Great Detective - Viewing figures

The prequel to this years Christmas special - The Great Detective, got viewing figures of 6.3m last Friday night as part of the BBC's annual Children in Need appeal. The Preview clip from The Snowmen got a viewing figure of 8.6m.

Children in Need Update

Oops - Put the wrong start time on for tonight's Children in Need, the programme itself starts at 7.30pm, not as previously posted and now changed time.

The specially written prequel could air between 7.30 & 8.00, with the preview clip being shown between 8.30 & 9.00, as always with live television, these times are subject to change. Tonight should also reveal the title for this years Christmas Special, which is currently rumoured to be The Snowman.

Children in Need

Friday 16th November sees the BBC's annual Children in Need appeal take over BBC1. The programme starts at 7.30pm. As previously posted a special introductory scene featuring Matt Smith will be shown as well as a preview of this years Christmas Special. You can donate, by clicking the logo above.

The BBC have released a promotional picture, ahead of tomorrow night's Christmas special prequel, which will be held as part of the BBC's Children in Need appeal. There will also be a preview clip from this years special, which is rumoured to be entitled The Snowman.
